We were so excited to celebrate Jeff's birthday this year. The kids wanted to get him "a cake in the shape of beef jerky--cause he really loves it!" Our friend, Taryl, made a perfect cake. I made some Pork Lo Mein and we called it an official party.
Not only that...but I got him a real present! Yay, Mom. My favorite moment of the night was watching all of them stare at the map and point out their favorite runs, favorite memories, and funniest moments from our ski adventures. Jeff has taken the time to teach each one of us to ski. He's been so patient and I'm so grateful that he has been willing to share this love with us.
Love it.
